Jenny Wylie

Jenny Wylie, MA, LPC, NCC

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation, not a test you have to pass. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, ask meaningful questions, and offer tools to move toward the version of yourself you want to become. I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, life transitions, alcohol/substance use, and the emotional weight that can come with trying to “hold it all together.” Whether you’re overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or simply ready for change, therapy can create space to breathe, reflect, and grow.

In session you can expect encouragement, gentle honesty, and evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based work, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe being yourself.

I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. Therapy is built on trust, and I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and personal growth. I currently offer only telehealth sessions.
