Christina Rife

Christina Rife, MA, NCC, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Christina Rife, LPC is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who helps adults navigate addiction and recovery, major life transitions, women’s issues, ADHD, anxiety, stress, and the many changes that can leave us wondering what comes next.

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Recovery, divorce, changing relationships, an empty nest, career changes, or simply realizing that you no longer feel like yourself can bring up complicated emotions. Christina offers a warm, supportive space to slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward a life that feels healthier and more fulfilling.

Christina believes meaningful change begins with self-discovery. Rather than telling you who you should be or what you should do, she helps you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and make choices that support your emotional and mental well-being.

She is passionate about helping individuals discover they have the ability to make choices which foster a healthy mental, emotional well- being through the therapeutic process.

For individuals navigating substance use, addiction, or recovery, Christina understands that there is no single path forward. Using a harm reduction approach, she meets you where you are—without judgment, pressure, or expectations about what recovery “should” look like. Therapy can be a space to explore your relationship with substances, reduce harm, strengthen coping skills, rebuild relationships, and create meaningful change based on the goals that matter to you. You don’t have to be completely sober to start the process of healing.

Whether you’re beginning a new chapter, rebuilding after a difficult one, or simply ready to understand yourself a little better, Christina will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

Christina’s Approach to Therapy

Christina describes herself as an eclectic counselor, embracing the idea that therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. Therapy with Christina is much more than simply talking about what’s wrong—it’s an opportunity to better understand yourself, explore what you need, and discover what you want your life to look like moving forward.

By drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches, Christina meets you where you are and adapts therapy to you—your experiences, your strengths, and the goals that matter most to you.

She works alongside clients to:

— Build greater self-awareness and confidence
— Navigate major changes and life transitions
— Develop healthier coping skills
— Identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck
— Build and maintain recovery
— Create meaningful, realistic changes that support the life you want

Christina believes you already possess strengths that can help you move forward. Therapy provides the space, support, and tools to begin recognizing and using them.
