What Is Therapy?

What Happens in a Therapy Session?

A typical session lasts about 45–60 minutes and may include:

  • Talking through what’s been weighing on you
  • Exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns
  • Learning practical tools, you can use between sessions
  • Reflecting on progress and adjusting goals

Some sessions feel lighter, others deeper. Both are part of the process. Therapy evolves as you do. We are here for you every step in the process.

How Long Does Therapy Last?

Therapy and healing do not have a timeline. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue; others choose longer-term therapy for ongoing growth and reflection.
